I. Definition of personal data

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy retrievability of the places indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.

d) Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) may be processed in countries outside the country in which you live. Google will process this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising.

For these information services we rely on the technical platform and the services of the providers. We would like to point out that you use our presence on social media platforms and their functions on your own responsibility. This applies in particular to the use of interactive functions (e.g. commenting, sharing, rating). When you visit our websites, the providers of the social media platforms record, among other things, your IP address and other information that is available on your end device in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us, as the operator of the accounts, with statistical information about the interaction with us.

We do not know how the social media platforms use the data from your visit to our account and interaction with our contributions for their own purposes, how long this data is stored and whether data is passed on to third parties. Data processing may vary depending on whether you are registered and logged into the social network or visit the site as an unregistered and/or unregistered user. When accessing a contribution or the account, the IP address assigned to your terminal is transmitted to the provider of the social media platform. Depending on the functions of the employer platforms (on which we have no influence), further information about you may be displayed to us via the profiles of the providers. The legal basis for the processing of your data on the social media platform is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.

To exercise your rights, you can contact us or the provider of the social media platform. If one party is not responsible for responding or is required to receive the information from the other party, we or the Provider will then forward your request to the other party. Please contact the operator of the social media platform directly if you have any questions about profile formation or the processing of your data when using the website. III. Your rights as a data subject
