Introduction to Certification

Welcome to the enblock Academy, our online learning platform. The courses we offer on this page are designed to help our installation partners acquire the knowledge necessary to pass the online certification exam and eventually become a certified installer.

This is the page for the training to install our LG FLEX high-voltage storage system, which we are selling in the European market since September 2022.

The acquisition of a certificate is absolutely necessary for the extension of a product warranty (up to 10 year if connected to Internet through RESU Monitor). LG Energy Solution systems should be installed only by certified professionals. For more details, please refer to the warranty conditions.

This training will provide you with:

  • Communicate the key product benefits of LG Energy Solution's storage systems in sales presentations.
  • Understand the installation process for LG FLEX storage systems
  • Correctly setup the online monitoring function of LG Energy Solution storage systems
  • Pass the certification test to meet warranty requirements.

Training Structure

This course is designed for all installers of LG Energy Solution's systems. The installation training explains sales arguments, helps to avoid potential sources of errors and prepares participants for the online exam.
