Information needed to provide assistance In case of technical issues with a RESU system, have the following information at hand:

• Model and serial number of the Resu battery
• Brand and model of the inverter connected to the RESU system
• Description of the error and error code displayed by the inverter
• Installation date of the storage system
• State of charge (SOC or SOE) of the RESU

To give us an idea of the installation and wiring, photographs of the wiring and connections to the inverter are helpful.
