Firmware Updates

For high-voltage systems, the battery firmware update usually occurs through the inverter.
If it is not possible to update your high-voltage memory in this way, an on-site visit by one of our service technicians is required.

Currently, the following manufacturers support the firmware update of our high-voltage batteries:

For the 2nd (current) generation of low-voltage RESU LG Energy Solution, the firmware can be updated by loading the file onto an SD memory card and inserting the card directly into the device. The exact procedure is available in the RESU product manual.
